1 tbsp pepitas/black Styrian pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 frozen lady finger/sugar banana
2 soaked prunes (with soaking water if desired)
1 tsp MSM Powder
1 tsp raw buckwheat kernals freshly milled
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp lucuma powder
1 avocado seed roughly diced
water to desired consistency.
You can use coconut water if desired
Blend until smooth and creamy. Consume immediately.
